To try the examples in this topic, copy them into a template file as described in Design-Time Code Generation by using T4 Text Templates. The monthly worksheets use formulas to look up the name based on the Employee ID, so you won't need to enter the Employee Names in each separate worksheet. If the form contains expandable table(s)for example to list donations or medical expensescreate as many blank rows in the expandable table as you need.
